Should I really replace my roof?
Nothing lasts forever, including your roof, and while most estimates we make on roofs don’t result in roof replacement, when your roof does need to be replaced, your roof contractor will explain why, other options you have, if roof replacement is really the best solution available.
How much would a full roof replacement cost?
Obviously this depends on a number of factors such as the materials of your roof and what size it is. Generally speaking though, you’re looking at $4000 – $6000 on the low side of the spectrum and $10,000 and up for larger roofs or better materials.
How long does it take to replace a roof?
As before, this largely depends on the size of your roof and the materials used, but usually expect a few days to maybe a week on average.
